Systemic Coaching

Coachings for private clients

In coaching, we work together to find efficient solutions for your individual issues. We will set clear and achievable goals, reorganize your thoughts and feelings and give you more clarity about what you really need. I will guide you with questions and psychological methods so that you can find the solutions that suit you best. In systemic coaching, we look at your relationships and effects on others. We discover new ways of behaving that will automatically change the reactions in your environment.

Expat
Coaching

Expats moved abroad for professional reasons and often have to deal with additional challenges that remain hidden to locals. Language barriers, cultural differences, or burocratic matters may turn into major changes. In addition, many expats miss their families and friends and struggle to make new connections at first.

Example topics:

  • You often feel lonely in a foreign country.

  • Your family has come to Germany with you and feels uncomfortable.

  • You have difficulties to integrate because of your language barrier.

Sissi, Expat in Munich

"If you are considering investing in coaching to achieve your professional and personal goals, I wholeheartedly recommend trying Gudi. With her background in psychology and her professional preparation for each session, she not only dominates the subject but is also an empathetic and kind person. For me, her empathy and kindness were key to building trust and allowing her to help me help myself."

Career
Coaching

You have just arrived in your job and seek to prove yourself in the company. It is still unclear where you want to go professionally: develop within the company, try out new sectors or careers? Facing the seemingly endless number of tempting possibilities, you don't know d what next steps in your career you should take.

Example topics:

  • You have just left your job and are looking for a new career direction.

  • You seek to start a company, but something is holding you back.

  • You want to prove yourself in your company, but don't know how.

Decision Making
Coaching

In both private and professional life, decisions are difficult because you don't know (or even fear) their consequences. You feel like you're at an impasse, constantly weighing up the pros and cons and yet you can't decide which side to take.

Example topics:

  • You are planning a job change.

  • You are thinking about family changes.

  • You want to move or are considering emigrating.

"Gudrun is always good to talk to. She was able to enrich my self-reflection with effective questions and methods. After each session, I left with (what felt like) the right questions."

Life Change
Coaching

Some changes are more difficult to deal with than others. In systemic coaching, we analyze how the coachee has dealt with previous changes. We look at what skills or support have helped him/her in the past and can help him/her master the new situation during this change. Together we create a plan to deal with this and future changes with confidence.

Example topics:

  • You are dealing with a separation.

  • You are struggling to balance work and family life.

  • You have just moved and are trying to build a new life in a new place.

Conflict
Coaching

All conflicts negativly affect partnership through a unique dynamic. Person A acts strangely, person B reacts angrily and triggers the next inappropriate action in person A. In the systemic approach, we look at the exact dynamics that maintain the conflict and at how the coachee can influence the dynamics and reactions of the conflict partner through their own behavior.

Example topics:

  • You are struggling with family conflicts.

  • You are always at odds with your (ex-)partner.

  • You repeatedly struggle with emotional outbursts in professional situations.
