Dr. Gudrun Reindl
That's me.
Psychologist, Coach & Researcher.
I grew up in the Bavarian Forest and studied psychology in beautiful Würzburg in Mainfranken. After graduating, I moved to Ghent in Belgium for five years. I lived there as an expat and completed my doctorate at the University of Ghent - one of the most renowned universities for psychology in Europe.
In order to experience what “real life” looks like, I switched to management consulting and discovered how the world of organizational development and change management works. I learned a lot about the art of negotiation and the many ways in which work affects health. I helped companies to understand the human factor. In order to promote this “human factor” even more skillfully, I trained as a systemic business coach, which perfectly complemented my psychology studies.
After I had learned my lesson about “real life”, I was drawn back to university. Nevertheless, I wanted to follow my calling as a psychologist in “real life” and now work as an independent psychologist and systemic coach. In this way, I always bring the latest knowledge from research into coaching and inspiration from “real life” into academia.
